Shipping & Returns

Delivery of goods


All items purchased from are normally delivered via the Royal Mail Parcelforce network.


Higher value orders can be insured at a separate cost at our customers expense (contact us for details).


Your shipping cost will be calculated and added to your order at the check out, to enable you to see the total cost of your order before payment.


All postings in the UK are by Parcelforce 48 hour (2 working days).


Items that are out of stock when an order is placed may take longer, but will be delivered as soon as received from our suppliers.


We do not ship “paint” materials overseas but we do ship certain “wallpapers” overseas.


We make no guarantees that we can continue to supply products in exactly the same shade or colour batch as previously bought.


For multiple purchases, we will calculate your postage and packaging separately.


For items that are very heavy or very large, where it does not fall into Royal Mail’s weight/size guidelines, we will arrange carriage to you by suitable means and the cost will be advised to you.

Refunds or returns.


All standard (eg not colour mixed or tinted) paints or standard decorating items are returnable ( by the customer at the customers expense) for a full refund of the original order value if we are notified in writing within 31 days of purchase.


All paints we have specifically tinted to a colour for you or any special order item are non returnable.


Wallpapers are normally special order items (due to batches) therefore are none returnable unless faulty.

Please check your order carefully once it has been delivered.


You must advise us of any damages, wrong items and short delivered items within 24 hours of delivery by telephone: 0845 305 5400 or email to:


We will replace any goods found to be faulty if we are advised as above. You should ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and further damage before returning them to us.


We cannot accept any liability for further costs due to items being delivered late or found to be damaged on arrival.


Please check that goods have arrived and are in good condition before making arrangements with your decorator.

We do not offer refunds for over ordered wall coverings due to ever-changing batch numbers.
